Snell Partnership
Architecture / Renovation
Snell Partnership is a mid-sized architecture firm that has designed
and built a diverse portfolio of projects in settings from the
urban centers of Seattle and Portland to small towns and rural locations
in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. Each of our projects, from small
commercial spaces and residences up through high-rise residential and
large offices, reflects the unique needs of each client and the unique
qualities of each place.
Snell Partnership's services focus on architecture and renovation.
In addition, we offer a full range of related services including
code and regulatory analysis, predesign services, interior design, construction
management and administration, and tenant coordination.
Snell Partnership was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1991
by Chris Snell, AIA. In addition to Seattle, Snell Partnership
has offices in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Chris has been a licensed architect
since 1991. Chris has been active in the development of Seattle's design
review regulations and has run for state office. Before becoming an architect
Chris was a carpenter and building contractor. Partner Matt Babcock joined
the firm in 1995.
Snell Partnership's clients include The Gap, Planet Hollywood, the Murray-Franklyn companies,
the Pine Street group, and Cornish College of the Arts, to name just a few.
Snell Partnership has received awards from the American Institute of Architects and has twice been the
